Title: Managing Four Generations in the Workforce

Description:

With millennials entering the work market and baby boomers retiring later, four generations of employees can often be found in one workforce. Managers young and old need to understand how to relate to all four generations and know what makes each of them tick. Using a vast amount of cross-industry survey data, discuss the profiles of each of generation as well as the differences and crucial management tactics that can achieve a cohesive workplace and forward progress. Review attitudes, trust in the workplace, learning preferences, and preferred leadership styles. Look for ways to put this knowledge to work immediately. NOTE: This session is closed to press.
